Q: What keeps you honest and reliable during a home inspection?

​Q: I work during the week and won't be able to take off and be at my inspection. Will this be okay?

A: We would recommend you going to your inspection because it allows us to show you in person anything that might be a concern and you'll be able to ask any questions you have about the property. If you are unable to be there during the week, we have a few options:

• We offer weekend appointments, but there is only one slot open per day and they frequently fill up fast, so try to book in as advance as possible!

• If a weekend appointment is unavailable, or the inspection needs to be done in a short time frame, you can always book during the week and request a phone call or video call to discuss any findings!

Q: When I get my report, what should I be looking for?

A: Our inspection reports are written through Spectora, because of the ease of navigation for customers. Sidebar navigation and jump links let clients find the information they need quickly and easily.
