11th-Month, New Construction
11th-month warranty home inspections are for people that have a 1-year warranty with their home purchase. We inspect the home on the 11th- month to determine if their are any defects needed to be corrected before the warranty runs out and you have to pay the bill out of pocket. We also inspect new constructions for defects that the home builder might have skimped by on.
Annual Maintenance Inspection
